Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy Flex Agile Solutions & Training, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Flex Agile Solutions & Training, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Flex Agile Solutions & Training, you will be offered full credit to a future training or a full refund as per your preference. All cancellation, rescheduling and substitution requests not initiated by Flex Agile Solutions & Training, LLC must be notified to us by email at emeka@growingwithfast.com at least 48 hours prior to the first course start date and time. In the event of a cancellation not initiated by Flex Agile Solutions & Training, LLC, refunds are not honored under any circumstances, however credits and permission to choose a substitute course date can be honored if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the first course start date and time. You are not eligible for credits and substitute course dates if you have attend a course but fail to stay for the entire course. To be eligible, all requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course's start date and time. The option for substitute course dates or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance. Flex Agile Solutions & Training, LLC may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided that the policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy. If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a credit, nor the option to reschedule.
